Tania + Chris // Spirit Ridge Wedding - Osoyoos, BC
Surrounded by 19 of their closest family and friends Chris + Tania were wed on a warm sunny September afternoon in the Okanagan. They exchanged vows, and rings symbolizing a life long commitment to loving each other. Family laughed, and cried with them as they shared stories and raised a glass of champagne toasting the newly weds during their intimate cocktail reception at Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos. The afternoon continued with an awesome family photo session - which I do not normally include in my blog postings but felt compelled to this time! Everyone was just so sweet to work with and with such a tight knit bunch I thought it was pretty important to share! Tania and Chris designed a timeline that catered to a leisurely photo session that gave us lots of time to wander the vineyard, the desert, do a little wine tasting and they even pulled some strings and secured private access to the barrel room at Nk'mip Winery (such a treat!). Tania was radiant in her gown and her stunning smile says it all. Her soulful and spirited laugh permeated the day and truly lights up many of their portraits. The evening ended with a private and cozy family style dinner with all guests seated around one large harvest table. More stories of love were shared and many, many heartfelt toasts and best wishes to the happy couple were exchanged. Chris being so thoughtful and romantic booked a surprise honeymoon for Tania and himself (yes really!!). She didn't know where they were going until the 3rd leg of their journey! Amazing!
